The Volumetric Mixer Manufacturers Bureau (VMMB) is an organization comprised of manufacturers of volumetric mixers for concrete. The members of the bureau can attach rating plates to equipment meeting the requirements of the Volumetric Mixer Standards of the Volumetric Mixer Manufacturers Bureau, VMMB 100-01. This reporting form is for use of owners of volumetric mixer equipment who wish to attach plates to equipment manufactured before the standards were established (January 2001).
